2. User Responsibilities

   • Ensure safe access to your premises for the service providers.
   • Notify us of any special requirements or hazards in advance.
3. Booking and Payments
   • Bookings must be made through our website or official channels.
   • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
   • Any cancellations or rescheduling must comply with our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made 24 hours before the service will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
   • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Service Limitations
   • We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific results, as conditions vary.
   • Services do not include handling hazardous materials, structural repairs, or tasks outside the agreed scope.
6. Liability
   • Dwellio Services is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by third-party service providers.
   • We recommend safeguarding valuables during service appointments.
7. Termination: We reserve the right to cancel bookings or suspend services if terms are violated or for any other valid reason.
8. Privacy Policy:Your personal information is collected, used, and protected per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to these practices.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to legal authorities in accordance with the governing laws are as follows.
   
   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to other provisions in this clause, courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services.
   • Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences, arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force, which is deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of 1 (One) arbitrator appointed by UC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties to the arbitration shall keep the arbitration confidential, and not disclose to any person, other than on a need to know basis, or to legal advisors, unless required to do so by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the parties thereto. Each party to the arbitration shall bear its own costs with respect to any dispute.
10. Changes to Terms: Dwellio Services is an intermediatory company that connects you to cruise lines and aviation companies. We have no liability if there is any issue with the services provided by the aviation company or cruise. Any loss, damage, or breach of terms by the service provided is not the liability of Dwellio Services. You also confirm to keep Dwellio Services and its associates unharmed if there is an extra cost, loss, or damage if it arises out of your breach of terms and conditions.
